Alternatively, I could roleplay as a MOTHER npc but I'm afraid most of what I could think of as characters are aloof, introverted, standoffish, or a combination of all three :P

I have an idea for the Inkling one at least so let me put it here:

This aroace is unemployed, yet sees the beauty in life. They partake in side jobs just so they can have creative freedom in their apartment in Splatsville after moving out of their parent's home from Calamari County. Going from a small village to the big city has it own challenges, but not without help from the locals. The side jobs they took help them send money back to their parents, and in return, have some left over to pay rent and get fresh fits. As for turf wars, they're constantly pushing for the best Anarchy and X Battle ranks, but chose to never sign up for competitive to avoid unwarranted stress. They're currently thinking about going to the fashion modeling business, but may need time to set up a decent portfolio.

So yeah that's mine at the very least. Their appearance is larger than life, but really is shy and is scared of attention. They dress for themselves but cowards on the spot if one ask them to strut. A life of irony. Hopefully they can sort it out thanks to a few friends who can keep them in check.
