Posted it here some days ago ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ "Tell the boys we'll be late...!" 🌻 When in your haste to join a picnic you fall in the pond

I've had this sketch of cousins Paprika and Romarine to finish for a few weeks, and here it is, another thing accomplished (´_ゝ`) you have to imagine that on the other side of the camera there are other cousins waiting in their pretty summer dresses ; and even though we can't see her, Romarine is talking to Poppy (I'm keeping the interaction as a sketch in my files, sorryyyy)

Hey! {He waves enthusiastically}

Paprika! How are you today?

{He dramatically limps over, holding a massive bag of marshmallows}

-While she was busy packing the last things she used for her show into a bag, Paprika smiled when she saw her winged friend in front of her.-

Hey Aya! I didn't know you were around?? I'm fine, a-aaaand… youuu???

Can do! {He gets to work immediately}

Oh-ho, I see! Well, you can stay tonight then. That way we can do important stuff, liiiike, stay in our pajamas aaaand stare at the sky!

[He helps out Paprika as much as he can, and asks]

Heh, seems like you've been getting customers, that's awesome!

Yes! Don't do anything more! -She giggles- And tell me about you instead.

Alrighty then! Well, to be honest, I've kinda been ignoring my business hehe-

[He says while unapologetically waving his arm]

But, I think I'll start taking it seriously soon... I've just been kind of lurking around lately, discovering stuff and visiting places...

[He smiled at Paprika, after losing his train of thought.]

-Paprika lies on her stomach and rests her head on her closed fists, waving her legs in the air as she listens to Aya and looks at him with mischief-

Still wandering, huh? Hm! Of course I want to eat. Aaand I know you know what I want to eat~

Hehehe HELL YEAH!

-She giggles and sits upright in her seat.-

[He looked around a bit]

-She pulls a curtain from the tent that gives access to the other part. There, a rather cozy installation: an unlit campfire in the center, comfortable seats, and a beautiful view on the lake next to it - We can just sit here aaand-…

So, shall we light it?

Ok- so…

-Paprika blows out a breath, settles back down, and rubs her ungloved hands together until the temperature rises enough to make the color of her skin change to something brighter and whiter. A flame appears at the tips of her fingers.-

That's so cool! I'm so proud of you! :O

Oh! Of course I can!

[He reached over to take off her glasses, and then nicely folded them together before placing them on the cushion between them]

Well then, it's my turn now òvó

[He held his arms up above the flame, and made a spinny motion, then pushed the air he'd gathered under the flame. The fire gained traction and the air reached high up, bringing the flames with it. He pulled his hands back before getting burnt]

There, that's should do it!

[He says with a happy look on his face]

Where did you put the sticks for the marshmallows? I can go get them myself right now, or you might burn down the tent otherwise!

Oh, they're close. You see when you enter my tent? There's a little chest on the floor with all the stuff to grill things for the barbecues. The sticks are there!

[He gets up and walks to the chest, rummaging through it for some time until he finds what he needs]

Do you need help with cooling your hands down?

[He says, while walking back to the campfire]

[He sets down the sticks he just brought in, and pushes wind in Paprika's direction. Not too cold, not too warm!]

Hehe this is cool.

But don't we want s'mores? I think we have to burn them ahahaha!

{He giggled while grabbing a stick in between his bird toes and opening the massive bag of marshmallows after ripping off his gloves and throwing them onto the floor}

-She claps her hands together, and spreads a big smile while frowning-

Let's cook!!
