The past week I've been making a sub sandwich similar to what I would get at Subway. Subway I do Italian bread, roast beef, American cheese, toasted with lettuce, black olives (the only time I ever eat olives), onions, honey mustard, mayo, salt pepper, oil and vinegar. What I've been making is white sub roll with roast beef and pastrami, colby-pepperjack and baby Swiss cheese, toasted, lettuce, diced onions, garlic aioli mustard, mayo, salt pepper, and red vinegar.
