i'm ruthie, she/her girl, late 20s, regress to various ages but mainly toddler. i'm in internal family system therapy, and regressing is literally my therapy homework (though i'd been regressing for years before starting ifs) !
this is all sfw regression, and i'm not comfortable with sexualized agere or age play interacting with this blog. (i don't think age play is inherently immoral, i just don't want to see it, especially while i'm regressed !)
this blog is named after my childhood stuffie, panda, who is magical, flat, and very sweet.
