The problem here is that fingers are being pointed at us, when we’re not actually conquesting? so there for there’s nothing to be declared? (though I’ll agree Bio worded it shadily/odd even for my liking ;s and could easily be taken as a cover up)

From what I understand, when we conquest we go ALL OUT for first place and pretty much take massive hits regarding treasure/gems. - All this is, is a profit push turned into a “see what we can do with a bit more effort”? so less “lets push arcane/lightning out of the way!” and more “hey we’re close to the top, i wonder if we can get closer at all?”
