While I always try to maintain a positive attitude and try put out positive vibes into the world, there are sometimes when I am gripped with full blown dysphoria. Today it's on an almost crippling level. I'm sharing this because if you are reading this and going through the same thing, you aren't alone. My head is swimming and I am being buried by these feelings of impossibility which drives the feelings of powerlessness and depression. It sits like a huge weight on my chest. But what I want to tell you all that are suffering as I am, reach out and talk to someone, whether it be online, or in person, or like me; another call to the local crisis line. Whatever you do, reach out for help. You aren't alone and the challenges seem insurmountable. But you can do this. But like me sometimes you need someone to listen and tell you that you are going to be ok. You are loved, and the world is a better place because of you. "For the light is brightest after the darkest night."
