If I see a strong opponent, it makes me want to battle.

Red lets go, surpressing his urdge to laugh. Ah it was just like the good old days. Green was always prepared as usual. Red didn’t mind buying a large bottle for each of them, they were going to be standing outside for a long time after all.

“Urh…I-I don’t always s-sunburn! I-It’s jus’ the red dye in the clothes! Y-Yeah! It gets o-on my skin and makes it look like a sunburn!”

Red was always a terrible liar.

“A-Ah…really?” Red holds the egg close to his face, but it was really just to cover the tears forming in his eyes. He really did hate for anyone to see him cry, he’s been that way since he was young. Having Green help him out like this made him smile a little. He feels the tiny being moving, almost as if it was rubbing against him to comfort him as well. Red sniffles before smiling great big.

“T-Thanks Green.” Once he put the egg away from his face, it was easy to see the tears. He uses his other hand to wipe his tears and looks away to hide any evidence he ever showed another emotion. “I-I wasn’t c-crying by the way. Allergies.”

“K-I-S-S-I-N-G!!!!!”

“…I mean, my Charizard’s keepin’ it pretty warm but…” He takes the egg out of his bag and holds it close to his heart. He could still feel it moving, so he didn’t hurt it. Did he?

“O-Oh Arceus! I-I didn’t hurt it by accident did I? I-I was trying my best to take care of it an’ I held it all of the time an’-”

He is starting to freak out for a good minute or so.
