Probably wasting each other's time but from my experience that's the best past time.

the thing is. sometimes you realise that things you thought you hated, you are completely fine with now. because the context was wrong before, because you have more control over your environment than you used to, or because you're a different person now than you were before. and while it can be scary to go back to those things and try again, it's definitely worth it. even just every now and then when you're feeling safe enough and comfortable enough. even just to help yourself remember that you have the capacity to change
