PAINTED RED

Despite the best efforts of the ministry of magic's propaganda, nobody is as safe as they think they are. wizards are flocking to the side of lord voldemort either by choice or out of fear. muggles are being found murdered on a near daily basis and it looks like there's nothing that can be done to stop Voldemort. Even the muggle government is at odds end when it comes to developing a plan to stop the madness. Even as the world starts to go to hell in a hand basket, some things go on as usual. One group would like to change that very much though. The Agency is trying to prove that magic does exist and that muggles are very much not alone. It's just one more problem on the ministry's hand that it simply doesn't need right now. People often joke in the office about when things are going to completely go to hell, but at the same time, they know that it's a very real thing. Welcome to 2013 where the revolution is coming and the allegiances don't matter.

Civilians: basically if you don't fit in any of the other groups (whether civilian or muggle) you're going to go here. hopefully your governments won't keep you in the dark for too long.
