                    it       was      good       to       be      back,       finally       a      doctor       rather       than       a      patient.       still       dealing       with       trauma       from       his      car       accident       that       left       him      half       dead,       he      was       taking       things       slow       on      his       first       day.       just       some       simple       paperwork       and      touching       up       on      some       research       for      now.      he       hadn’t       been       cleared       to      operate       yet       even       though       his      hands       were       itching       for      surgery.       eyes       caught       a      familiar       face       and      a       smile       grew       onto      his       lips.              ❛      𝐢𝐭'𝐬       𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝       𝐭𝐨       𝐬𝐞𝐞       𝐲𝐨𝐮.          ❜                           and      damn       it’s       good       to      be       back.
