I love how “What if I never see myself ever be anything more than what I’ve already become?” is probably the saddest thing anyone has ever written and Sara Bareilles just threw it into the middle of a song about fucking your gynecologist.

Tom Holland and Zendaya are kind of like the modern day version of The Lunts.
Every few years I rewatch Bunheads, and I’ve now discovered that fans were shipping Mel and Cozette back in the day. At first I thought it was a stretch and I’d have to look for the subtext, but my goodness the show really was setting them up at times.
There’s one scene in particular at the Oyster Bar where Boo is sitting at one end of the table making out with Carl, and Sasha is at the other end texting Roman and Ginny and Mel are in between the two happy couples just rolling their eyes and Ginny starts ranting about prom and how her and Mel will be without dates and Mel’s like “Woohoo no boys to worry about! Besides we’ll have each other 😀” and then immediately after Cozette comes over and is like “Hi Mel I took all these pictures of you at Roller Derby (like a lesbian)” and takes Ginny’s seat and starts talking with Mel.
I think the writers were probably just trying to highlight Ginny’s loneliness but having Mel/Cozette parallel Boo/Carl and Sasha/Roman makes me insane.
Also in the next episode it’s like the writers realized this and backtracked by trying to set Mel up with Dez which is so random. I’d blame it being the networks fault or a sign of the show’s time, but Pretty Little Liars was ABC Family’s biggest show at the same time Bunheads was airing. They should’ve made all the Bunheads gay.
The best thing about this year’s Tony Awards was it gave us great moments of all three Alyssa Greenes! Made my Unruly Heart very happy!
Drama Desk nominee Preston Max Allen!

This is probably niche, but if I had a nickel for every time a character from an extremely wealthy Connecticut family was neglected by their own parents and then had a very deep co-dependent borderline romantic relationship with their best friend who came from a household that despite not having as much money had a loving family and then said best friend’s mother basically became a mother to the character. I’d have two nickels. Which isn’t a lot, but it’s weird that it happened twice.
I really love in the finale when Quinn and Rhonda get thrown into the library and Quinn lands all cool like Spider-Man and Rhonda just faceplants. That’s my OTP right there.
My theory is so half-baked, but there has to be some relation between the eight choir kids and the eight marching band kids right? Like maybe the marching band deaths were what allowed the choir to cross over. We see Quinn counting all the windows and being the one to point out the number 8. We know Mr.Martin ended up at the bus stop with the band kids after going into the church scar so they’re definitely connected. Also something something they’re all musicians?
That shot of the stained glass window beaming down on Quinn’s face feels too poetic to not be important.
Just finished the Carrie 2: The Rage livestream and I have so many thoughts.
First, you know when JRB rolls up with a flannel, a choker, and too much eyeliner that she means business. I don’t have the music vocabulary to explain it but the thing she did with her voice on “And the earth will shatter” sounded so rock and roll. She was giving stunning vocals tonight.
Lauren Nicole Chapman kills me. She really went (Glinda impression) *toss toss* then pulled out a tube of lip gloss and did lip gloss choreography and also gave us that INSANE key change. My queen.
Sutton Lee Seymour’s Devil in the Diner was gorgeous. Another wonderful key change moment.
Britain Shutters and JRB doing The Legend of Carrie White was the highlight of the night. That song is a marathon for Sue Snell and every single acting choice was just so delightful!
✨Overall, Carrie 2: The Rage an Unauthorized Musical Parody is an important reminder that we shouldn’t be producing any more original pieces on Broadway but instead should be making musical adaptations of movie sequels✨
Riley Williams! What are you doing here?

I think as a WATT fandom, we don’t talk nearly enough about how JRB was a child actor along side Nick Jonas in the Reba revival of Annie Get Your Gun.
Smile AU where it’s Yellowjackets…Yellowjackets should be a musical and the Smile pageant contestants should be lesbian cannibals
Shauna and Jackie are kind of Robin and Doria coded if you think about it…
Lauren Zakrin and Jenny Rose Baker are so funny. Just promoting their little closed flop musical. Outside their little bankrupt Off-Broadway theatre. They’re just vibing like it’s 2019. (Also Lauren Zakrin making up a random handle for Theatre 80 is the cherry on top of this post).
Louis and Celeste just not paying attention and doing a little cheer instead will forever be iconic.

I just love them. That’s all.
