We've been going through the Hulk for over a year, and most of that has been the Leader's arc, but it has barely progressed, because it keeps being interrupted by him getting arrested, and going to Russia, and Mongolia, and now another planet with the Watcher???
It should feel like the Leader is a big deal, but it just feels like whenever the plot gets too far, some random person shows up to distract us!

The Hulk just starts smashing stuff! He's angry that he's going to die, and the Leader sucks, so he's valid!
I still think the humanoids are stupid, but I like that the Leader has to control them himself!
I don't understand what this ending even really means! Is he not turning back? Is he still on the verge? This issue wasn't terrible, but what happened? The Hulk's lab was destroyed, he went with the Leader, and they fought. Meanwhile, Rick was arrested! I'll give it three stars, but I wish it could have moved things along a little faster!

Well, they've both kind of been on the Avengers! But I think Talbot is about to try to arrest Rick Jones! I don't think President Johnson will allow that!
But Ross blows up the mountain, which means the Hulk needs a new lab, and fast!
The Leader didn't use teleportation for anything else!!
This is why the scientists in comics are always so frustrating! They don't have a set list of inventions they can use! They always just use something once, and never again, even if it would be useful!

The Hulk is refusing the Leader, but his reasons have more to do with not needing help, and not really wanting to rule the world than thinking he's evil!
The Leader gives him a simple choice! The Hulk can just agree and then go back on it, but I don't know if he's going to lie so easily!
I'm really happy with this issue! There's still not enough going on, but this issue was close, with only a little time wasting! And the part where he saves Rick's life helps show his determination to help his friend! But it looked silly, and the art in this issue is a little worse I think, although I do like how Mike draws the Hulk! I'm giving it four stars, and I'm eager to see the next comic! This is also a much better cliffhanger than we usually get!

They go back to the base, and the army spots them and attack! This is where the equipment they need to keep Bruce as the Hulk is though, and if he turns back he'll die! So this is a threat to his life!
Rick, the Hulk surrendering isn't something they'll accept! I'd say you should leave and try to talk to them on his behalf, but Ross would ignore you too!
The Hulk accepts that he can't protect his life and the cave, so he's going to die either way!

That's a shock! Ross care's more about the real enemy than his pet project! And we learn the bomb didn't have any lingering radioactivity so we don't have to think about them nuking random nearby areas!

This issue was really good! I love what they did with Bruce Banner being shot, I really like when there's a big shift like that, like with Iron Man that one time! I give it four stars!

The leader is boring though.
I always hate the villains who are like "I'm so smart I made a big strong guy for the hero to fight." What's even the point of them being smart if the Hulk just fights a really big guy? And then they can mass produce robots as strong as the hero, I just hate it!
Talbot, you have to learn when to shut up! You're basically responsible for Bruce's death, so to tell her that he sucks when she's mourning is shitty, and just going to make her hate you!
IT GETS WORSE!!! TALBOT YOU DICK!!! If he was supposed to be a romantic rival, he's doing a shitty job!!!! I don't think I'd ever forgive a guy who acted like that!!
Kirby's great, but I feel like that last panel is one I'd like to see from Ditko instead!
