A lil kitchen witchery this morning. Cooking w/ intention has become one of my go-to activities in my practice, of late. Selecting especially useful & potent spices to correspond w/ my intention is invaluable. The anti-inflammatory/antioxidant nature of turmeric makes it great for our internal health as well as keeping that quarantine depression at bay. Garlic & onion powders provide blessings & protection against evil.
