Had a browse (again) through your gallery just to stare (very admiringly) at your composition work. You frame in such a way where its very effective and pleasing to the eye holy lord. Any advice you're willing to share about compositing art pieces?

Thank you! I don't know if I should be giving out advise when I don't follow it half the time, but I made little thumbnails of what I think are appealing compositions. There are so many more than this, but there is no time for what could be thousands of ideas.

You've probably seen these compositions before and that's because they are very legible at first glance.

But, process-wise, I draw a lot of the individual parts separately before placing them together which gives me a lot of mixed results. Most of my collages are happy accidents or an attempt at making something *work* visually by either going for more color and value contrast -here- something a little bigger -there-. That kind of thing.
