Mastery and Executive Leadership taught me how to be a great leader and they also helped me to realize what type pf leader I am in the workplace. Project and Team management taught me how to assembly a great team and how to work well with them. Business Storytelling and Brand Development taught me how to properly brand myself. Entertainment Business Finance taught me how to add the numbers properly and to figure how to use the Excel sheet. Digital Marketing taught me how to market myself and to market my business. Negotiation and Deal-Making taught me how to not except no for an answer. Product and Artist Management taught me how to really think of a product that will not only make me some money but to also help the customers. Advanced Entertainment Law taught me how to make sure that I am legally correct when it comes to building the company. Entertainment Media Publishing and Distribution taught me how to properly distribute my product with little money. Business Plan Development taught me how to research and put together a business plan piece by piece. Business Plan- Lecture has taught me how to properly put the plan together. Then it taught me how to present using slides without text.

           The instructor, Steven Burhoe, is a very knowledgeable instructor. His teachings were so easy to understand. Every lesson had a way of making sure we understood every minute of it, which was cool because I just knew that I would not understand how to actually start the payroll. Because of his teachings, I am confident that I can do what is needed to boost my business sales and visibility of the business. The Excel spreadsheet part is something that I knew that I would have problems with. I really do not know how to work on Excel and having to input numbers hoping that my numbers would be right was stressful. To hear him talk about the spreadsheet and explain what to do and how to do it made me very confident about I am doing with starting my company. To actually hear about what my financials and payrolls will be like, even if it is hypothetical, was exciting to me. This was an awesome class and I would recommend this class to every entrepreneur I know.

           The instructor, Cassandra Willard, is a very knowledgeable instructor. Her teachings were so easy to understand. Every lesson had a way of making sure we understood every minute of it, which was cool because I just knew that I would not understand any of the legal talk. Because of her teachings, I successfully registered my logo and is registering another one very soon. She also had us research some cases and understand why they happened. That part gave me a sense of understanding of why it is important to know what is right and what is wrong. The cases gave us different perspectives about different illegal things. The IP Audit was an awesome exercise also. I knew the steps with registering music, but I did not know how to register specific parts of my logo. If that is not wonderful enough, she went over the legal documents and made sure that we knew how to properly fill the paperwork out. This was an awesome class and I would recommend this class to every entrepreneur I know.

           The instructor, Thomas Jenkins, was very knowledgeable. He made his knowledge easy to understand. Every lesson had a way to make sure we understood every minute of it, which was cool because some of that stuff I did not know anything about. He also made the product part easy. To talk about the funnel charts with the population and to actually understand was awesome. That part gave me a sense of understanding with my company. It showed me what I needed to do in order to get my product off the ground. To have a great and unique idea and actually making sure that the fan base will purchase it, is a great way to be successful in the industry. The analytics part was difficult for me at first. I could not understand what was needed until the last presentation. When I finally realized what was needed, then it was all downhill from there. This was an awesome class and I would recommend this class to every entrepreneur I know.

           The instructor, Eric Miles was very knowledgeable. He made his knowledge easy to understand. Every lesson had a story to make sure we understood every minute of it, which was cool because some of that stuff I did not know anything about. He also made understanding easy by giving scenarios.  To actually negotiate a deal and to actually understand was awesome. The scenarios gave me a sense of understanding with my company. It showed me what I needed to do in order to stay out of trouble and away from lawsuits. To get the words correct about bargaining positions and underlying interests is awesome. Knowing the difference of those two were sometimes difficult for me. I could not get the meanings without looking them up until the last presentation. When I finally realized what was needed, then it was all downhill from there. This was an awesome class and I would recommend this class to every entrepreneur I know.

         The instructor, Dan Spellman, was very knowledgeable. He made his knowledge easy to understand. Every lesson had a story to make sure we understood every minute of it, which was cool because some of that stuff I did not know anything about. He also made the campaign part easy. To talk about the marketing channels and to actually understand was awesome. The campaign gave me a sense of understanding with my company. It showed me what I needed to do in order build a large fan base. To post materials every day or at least once a week, is a great marketing strategy. The analytics part was difficult for me also. I could not understand what was needed until the last presentation. When I finally realized what was needed, then it was all downhill from there. This was an awesome class and I would recommend this class to every entrepreneur I know.

    Now this week while working on storytelling has been great. I am not a great storyteller but to learn how to tell a great story about yourself is great. I am always thinking of how to tell the story of my company not thinking that I could tell the story anywhere my brand is introduced. So, telling the story helps me to express how we got started and what our foundation is, or our beliefs are. Telling this story will help people feel closer to you and your brand. Now when it comes to the archetypes, I was stunned. It was not really a surprise to me, but I thought I would be more of a creator and to find out that I am a lover. I will take the test again in about a year to see if anything changes.

Project and Team Management was interesting to me. I thought that this course was about being a great leader of a team but to my surprise it is more than that. This course taught me how to plan an event and how to budget that event also. There is so many preparations involved making a project and it makes me think twice before underestimating this process. To create a project takes time and effort in order to be successful. The course also taught me how to be a great Project Manager. It teaches how to motivate your team and to manage their work or jobs with no problems. It also teaches about different personalities and how to deal with them. The project manager knows his/her team and knows what pumps them up or gets them going. Your team has to feel comfortable with each other in order to work together in peace. The project manager needs to know how to keep the morale high and if morale is low, how to boost it up again. The PM also needs to be able to train the team. In order to do that, he must know the job and how to do the job to be successful. The PM is responsible of the entire project and the process of it getting done. The PM also has to know how to create the budget and stay within that budget. The PM makes the budget and has to tell each human resource the budget and makes sure that the resources do not go over that budget. The PM also needs to know how to listen. Once again, this class was amazing. This class pushes you to step up and be the best you can be. Without this class, I do not think I would be a better leader.

I know that I have posted this already however this is my inspiration for the week. It represents me, my faith, and my family.
