Micheal looks like jeremy from frickbears if his hair was different. I'll draw him different next time probably, just trying different stuff out. I REALLY like charlie though, i nailed her design first try. Took slightly from the movie (striped shirt/slight emo-ness) but otherwise just had fun.

Some doodles and ideas for nightmare. I've seen so many fun ideas for him and wanted to revisit how i draw him. I gave him eyes on the 'hood' because moths have that to scare/intimidate predators. I feel like Nightmare would be the type to make himself more intimidating to frighten others.

I love love loved henry stickmin when I was still just a lil tater tot. I decided to revisit it, and man i missed these guys. With all the drama with so many modern indie games (roblox ones especially...) I wanted to go back to a game that I really enjoyed.

Henry Stickmin didn't affect me quite as dramatically as Undertale or Sonic, but it's a game I remember fondly.

The reddit post felt a bit more easy to navigate, and also gave me a more feesable and accurate way to find their heights, seeing as the toons are so small compared to the vans.

I only measured to what can be considered the tops of their heads.

According to this website, and the top results of google, the American Solo cup is roughly 4.6-4.75in tall. It’s been a while since I’ve done math, so bear with me.

Since the toons wont perfectly align to the Solo cups, well take the percent from the height of the cut-off solo cup and add it at the end.

EX: 4.75 solo cups -> .75 x 4.6 \(\approx \) 3.45 -> 4.6in x 4 (+3.45in) -> Height = 21.85in/1’9.5”

(I only did this for a few examples, since I don’t have the hardware or ability to access them in any sort of 3d space. (like blender) The screenshots are to the best of my abilities). Using this method, I’ve managed to earn similar results to the reddit post mentioned above. I’m no math wiz, but this was a fun sidequest I did.

Also, toons can't be much taller than like- 3 feet, right? MAYBE 4 feet??

(Idk the average heights of humans so i just put in what sounded about right, same with toons based it on human height)

I would honestly say they're closer to 3 feet than 4 feet, just based on how they look standing next to the 'human' characters in the game.
