Spice up your barbecue with these Grilled Sriracha Hot Wings, featuring a perfect blend of heat and sweetness. The marinade infuses the wings with bold flavors, creating a mouthwatering dish that's sure to impress.
Ingredients: 2 lbs chicken wings. 1/2 cup Sriracha sauce. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tbsp honey. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp ginger, grated. 2 tbsp vegetable oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish.
Instructions: To make the marinade, put honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and vegetable oil in a bowl. Pour the marinade over the chicken wings in a large bag that can be closed again or a shallow dish. Check that the wings are coated evenly. Put the mixture in the fridge for at least an hour, but preferably overnight. Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Take the wings out of the marinade and let the extra drip off. Add pepper and salt. Place the wings on a grill that has already been heated up. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes, turning them over once or twice, until they are fully cooked and have a nice char. While the wings are on the grill, baste them with any extra marinade to make them taste even better. Move the wings to a serving platter after they are done cooking. Put chopped green onions and sesame seeds on top. Serve the spicy Sriracha hot wings hot and enjoy them!
