Son of a bitch my life has been hell I can't scroll past and tempt fate

Hate hate hate how when I get angry there is a physical reaction but it's not glowing eyes or growing claws or something it's crying. This feels unfair.

I recently figured out why I cry when I'm angry. The waterworks turn on if I'm in an environment where I can't express my anger and have to stay silent, like at work. One time I caught a coworker talking shit about me and there was nothing I could do because that coworker is the favorite of my bosses. Because I couldn't do a damn thing about being treated so poorly I was infuriated, couldn't express that emotion, so my body let it out the only other way it could through tears
