Sometimes this project does make me laugh. And cry. But also laugh. Even stuffed animals are #overpackaged

Apologies for the infrequent posting! It's been a busy few weeks. I wanted to make sure to share at least *something* for this #wastelesswednesday! Anyways here's a glimpse at my breakfast this morning: my OWN hard-boiled eggs (see past posts!) on package-free rye toast! Oh and with a little bit of cracked pepper on top. Egg shells of course are perfect for the compost :)

Check out these INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED papayas that @its_our_world_lets_save_it found! Each one is packaged in a styrofoam container, with paper underneath and with non recyclable plastic wrapping the whole container 😭 this is basically the definition of #overpackaged!

Get cling wrap out of the produce section! Definitely #overpackaged radicchio

Still confused about this one! Here's another example of packaged hard boiled eggs. It's so simple to boil them yourself there is no need to waste more resources to buy them like this! #overpackaged
