Jake blinked and furrowed his brow. âYeah. A few hours. I got real tired so I found this place. Good thing I did. Who knows where Iâd be if I hadnât found you!â The taller boy pouted a bit as Finn pulled away, occupying his arms by crossing them over his chest. âThree weeks? That seriously sucks, dude. Whereâve you been living?â He studied the boy with a certain interest, letting his eyes travel down the otherâs figure. Finn sure had been stringier in Ooo. Not that Jake was complaining about his new body, of course. Oh man. That was weird, wasnât it? Finn was just a kid. Not to mention his brother. Well, adopted brother anyways.
Finn glanced up at the other, mentally noting their pouting. Aw, that was kinda cute. Jake was sad Finn pulled back from the hug. Now he kind of wanted to slink back in. That plus it was a great hug, dude. He also noted the height difference. Man, maybe Jake's torso was just bigger than his. Maybe. Hopefully. Probably not. It was probably the legs too. Finn wasn't feeling how short he was in this form. He sighed, falling back against the booth, leaning his head against the other's shoulder. "I woke up in this place where nobody stays. Got a key for it and stuff. It's a few blocks away from here." He folded his arms across his tummy, frowning lightly. He missed Ooo. "--We can go if you want." He added in.
