I want to assume you are speaking about the show version of the Jamie-Willie-Claire situation which is a bit different from the books. I think the biggest thing for me as well as other fans was that Jamie told Claire about Willie right after she showed him pictures of Brianna and he seemed far more excited to talk about his son than his daughter whom he had with his actual wife. I think that was kind of a slap in the face to Claire and to Brianna. I understand that Willie is the child he has had the chance to actually meet and get to know in person and see him grow up a bit, but I think the timing of his confession was poorly planned. And I do think Claire feels discomfort about Willie, which is entirely understandable on a number of levels. Of course she accepts him and is happy that he has had the experiences he’s had with Willie growing up, even if just for a while and not being able to tell him the truth. I think it’s a lot of emotions to handle for both of them but they make it work. I think it’s sort of a similar feeling Claire has towards Lord John when he’s around.
