Little drawing of my tiefling Tav, Riadne. Drew her younger than I intended. Trying to exercise the drawing hand back into use again.

The kits come with a batik design in a wooden embroidery hoop plus paint, a palette and brushes.

This one is of a wau bulan, a traditional Malaysian kite.

The beauty of batik painting is that there are two stages to the end result; wet and dry. You won't know for sure how the colour will turn out until it's fully dry.

Didn't expect to cosplay for the first time ever this year but here we are! Been loving The Locked Tomb and just knew I had to do Harrowhark (HtN edition).

Ribcage corset, cape and bone-inspired accessories were handmade while I bought the sword from an online prop store. Super happy with the DIY items. It took me months to get it to where I wanted it to be and in time for the con (in between a full-time job, one international business trip, loss of a loved one, and generally running after my toddler).
