September was a solid month for lifting in Hevy. Duration is definitely up, and 1.8 MILLION pounds lifted for the month is definitely encouraging. No Lies Detected August was a decent month. I did a deload for much of it (which I believe it ultimately diminished my power.) I’ve since made the adjustments and eliminated Shoulder Raises and added another Farmers Walk. Much of the Shoulder Raise compound movement was basically duplicated by other exercises, so it really isn’t a loss. Check out the picture below for the numbers. Hevy August…

This month, I took a bit of a deload a little more than halfway through. But with the deload I challenged myself to take the weight one-handed. It honestly felt FANTASTIC! I’m gonna carry that deload into August for a bit. July’s Recap

June was not bad at all. Made progress in the pursuit of progressive overload. Lost about 15 pounds in the process, too. I believe I can attribute that to Farmers Walks. This month in HEVY Good luck in all your endeavors everyone, and see you next time!
