(So many myths see banshees differently...so this is my combined version of all those theories and ideals. She also has some slight wendigo characteristics)
She was born and raised in New OrleansĀ
She lived through the roaring twenties and great depression
She sang at clubs and bars and for the most part lived a luxurious lifestyle.Ā
She was rich until the market fell and she was forced to live like everyone else.
She always had a way of sensing when bad things would happen.
She would go outside and not driveĀ ācause sheĀ āfeltā a big accident was going to happen. And then it did.
The worst part of her talent was when she actually heard voices telling her that her husband would pass overnight.Ā
All she could do was scream to drown out the voices. She was stuck in what felt like a dream : screaming.
Still to this day, it is a medical mystery on just how Louis Dāelia died.Ā
When neighbors called the police after hearing loud screams, they arrived to find Oswin covered in blood, sobbing on a king size mattress. Not a single trace of her husband, was found.Ā
It was if he was erased from existence.
In the current time, they had no way of charging Oswin for the crime.Ā
She killed and ate her husband and couldnāt remember doing anything other than screaming.
After some research, she discovered that she must be a banshee.Ā
Many years later she was back touring New Orleans clubs and bars with her jazz band.
She heard voices still, but she was so far from loved ones, she was lucky to not have killed again.Ā
At least she thought she didnāt kill again.
Still she would wake up screaming incoherently from what felt like nightmares of strangers dying in horrible ways.Ā
She would wake up in the morning and see those in her dreamsĀ had died while she slept.
Since her first kill, she has yet to physically age.
And after people in Louisiana started to get suspicious, she picked up and left.
Sheās sung all across the growing country.
Now in modern times, sheās settled in Sin City. Where she seemed to be drawn to.
Sheās been around for about three months and has yet to notice that Pandemonium is filled with supernaturals. Sheās gone almost 100 years thinking sheās the only bizarre oddity.
