Prompt: Ice cream
Harvey had convinced Jim, to stop for an ice cream.
It had melted and his hands got all sticky. He ate the cone and waved at Harvey as he was leaving.
He needed information on a murder suspect and there was no one better informed on crime in Gotham than Oswald Cobblepot.
He entered the club and Oswald smiled like always. But there was a hint of amusement on his smug face.
Oswald brought his finger to the corner of Jim's mouth and smeared a smudge of ice cream away, bringing the finger to his mouth and licking it off.
