Here goes...lately I've been super lazy in the way I eat and in my workout routine (the last time I lifted weights was February, no joke!!), so with the support and push from my friends @jordanstanford and @joshstanford11 I've started their 6 week Autumn #BodyTransformationChallenge. I know my body isn't so bad now, but that's not the point here, it's time for change. Time to stop being lazy and get that fitness mentality. Let's see what happens, I'm excited!
