It also means a lot to me because Yaka Linwood is inspired by the Australian aboriginals.  I’m currently in miserable white christmas suburbia daydreaming of a hot Australian Christmas beneath the stars.

Welcome to the first RWBY OC Secret Santa event!

This is an anonymous gift exchange event for the RWBY OC fandom. Those who want to enter will fill out a submission form with details of their characters and preferences of their gifts. After the deadline, the details will be sent to their Secret Santa to prepare the gifts!

All image references must be done by you or another artist. We do not accept dollmakers, faceclaim or traced/stolen artwork. Adoptables is allowed, as long as you’re the owner of said adoptables.

Iiiiit’s time for another Unwanted House Guest cameo call! We have 6 slots open! Please make sure you read and follow all of the rules if you wish to participate: -You cannot submit a character if you have already had a character cameo’d in the story before. We want to make sure everyone has a chance~ -Your character cannot be an octoling for the sake of the story’s lore. -Your character must have basic humanoid anatomy. -To enter you must REBLOG this post with either a link to a bio OR with reference image(s) and a description of their personality. If you choose to link the bio, said bio must have both the reference image(s) and the personality description. -Some of the cameos may be drawn from a rear- view. If your character has something like a unique hairstyle, then a rear-view reference image of that would be greatly appreciated.

This will be a raffle! We will pick the winners with a random number generator. The deadline for entry is Wednesday, May 31st at 8 p.m. EST (5 p.m. PST, 1 a.m. (June 1st) Britain time). From then, the raffle will be drawn and winners will be decided. They will be posted on my blog (oranguin) and also announced on Discord.

If you don’t wanna leave this page though, I guess I’ll just give a TL;DR version:

Lena is a drama queen. She has a habit of over-exaggerating everything, whether it’s positive or negative. This behaviour shows in both ber verbal as body language, it could be said Lena is almost constantly yelling, and doesn’t sit still, not hesitating to use large expressive motions to drive her points home.

As a drama queen, Lena adores being the centre of the attention, no matter what type of attention it is. She constantly goes out of her way to get it, not hesitating to lie, taunt and invading others’ personal space. Because of this people generally aren’t very fond of her, much rather finding her annoying and because of that Lena really struggles to make friends. Despite her love for the spotlight, she is not selfish. She doesn’t think very highly of herself, and rather pretends to be for the sake of selling the show.
