tonight im reading through a lot of my old writing with amos + arber and remembering why actually like drawing and writing. which is because i want other people to know and like my characters as much as i do. that is the main point for me. they have a lot of love and parts of myself in them and i have a lot of fun writing about them and drawing them and talking about them. they take up a lot of space in my brain

i want to draw really bad but its sauuuuurrrrr hard its so hard its SO HARD its so much easier to stim and listen to music and imagine drawings than to make myself sit still and lock in on something

ive been drawing again the past few days and its been really fun but my latest banger that i did in like 30 minutes is too depressing to share with anyone FUCK

i have a habit of making characters as Me, My Fursona, Me Foreal and then they just kinda develop beyond myself. since i made arber everyone else has just developed into something else that isnt Really my fursona...? oslo and amos were very "this is me foreal" at one point in my life and ive had many multiple fursonas over the years, but its kinda settled at the "me" character has been arber for the past couple years

amos and arber's dynamic is strictly not romantic, but like who's to say i guess because it does translate that way doesnt it. wait no sorry they are hanging out naked and touching each other in like an uh.. hey wait is there a word between familiar and platonic. something like that. its not romantic. they just. ya know. do you know because i dont.

i wish i was popular furry artist so that people wanted to hear about my OCs but also that would piss me off i think. you cant like them too much only i can like them too much

amos isnt actually mean, he actually cares a lot about people, arber especially. but he is very emotionally and socially weird. how to describe this. he is very blunt, he doesnt speak softly. he doesn't speak nicely for the sake of speaking nicely. you can tell he cares by the function of what he's saying and doing, but his tone and wording will not sound warm. he does, however, have a much easier time sounding mean, and often does. he is kind of a hermit and the two people he does talk to are used to it/dont care so like. he's never really in a situation where he needs to learn to Be Nice. he cares about people he just has no social skills and is so scared of everyone ever he definitely can be sweet at times though, its just really weird feeling to him
