So I’ve been neglecting the blog a bit this last while! But here’s some spicy chicken tacos, on homemade flour tortillas with pineapple salsa and ginger carrot salad to make up for it

Lemon Drizzle Sponge Cake and Orange Chocolate Cheesecake 

Jerk marinade with an orange glaze. Nom 

They may be full of wheat, sugar and dairy products but they’re delicious   

With spring onions, parsley and dill

As my father would say, this is a ‘Jay Rayner chicken’,  crispy skinned and delicious. With orange, sage and garlic. The bones are currently bubbling away to create some killer stock :D 

The crappy wintery weather gave me the idea.

With lemon and coriander rice. Successful curry night!

Ok so I might have a smoked paprika problem. But it’s not my fault that it tastes amazing in absolutely fucking everything!

With garlic and almonds 

I’m serious, the combination of oats, honey, cinnamon and fruit tastes exactly like a crumble. Cooked with a handful of linseed and pumpkin seeds, hence the ‘super’ of the title. Hey weekend, ‘sup

Crispy potatoes with garlic and paprika 

I think I might have peaked 

Potatoes, olive oil, garlic, spiced paprika, cumin, coriander, rosemary. Par poil, oven roast. Boom

Fluffy american style with heaps of ginger, cinnamon and vanilla. Happy Saturday!
