When Madds and I were concepting the art for the album, we were going back and forth on the idea of IP vs original characters. In the end, we decided that there was an ongoing theme of someone "looking up" to someone else (whether that was admiration, envy, fear, or desire).

So, I concepted the characters loosely on the tropes as opposed to giving them a solid background, name, or purpose. All while keeping in mind that this was still heavily inspired by MHA, so they have general vibes of your typical "anime high school" uniform.
