when @larrythehappyhorse and I started the 9-week couch to 5km programme we never thought we would be able to stick with it. we are not natural runners! 😝 we thought we would need to repeat weeks (the jump at week 5 looks scary!😳😳) yet tonight, on week 7 run 2 we not only finished the 25 minute run but we carried on and ran for 39mins and 51 seconds - and yes we are annoyed we didn’t run for the last 9! 🤣🤣 Woohoo! @rider.eye tabards also good for running! you can be seen for miles and the pocket is very handy for your phone 😄😄 https://www.instagram.com/p/CCZScj1Hw4i/?igshid=1l4gko62bktad

Wooohooooo Lockdown Phase 1 hacking can now commence 😄😄😄 Been looking forward to this so much!! I think the horses were getting bored of circles in the arena as they loved it too. Harry was brill - havent tried to do gates with him before but he was fabby👏.
