GU iCloud, operated by iCloudEMS, is a cloud-based system for academic and administrative processes for students, faculty, and administrators at Galgotias University. Galgotias University is recognized by UGC and has A+ NAAC accreditation status. GU iCloud is an easy-to-use portal compatible with smartphones, laptops, and desktops that connects all users through an online cloud-based application. GU iCloud requires an internet connection and university credentials to log into. With GU iCloud, students have 24 hour a day, 7 days a week access to study materials, a secure cloud-based file storage, online collaboration with others via chat or meetings, and attendance. Students can also download admit cards, view course timetables, place grievances, as well as review performance. Faculty have access to the entire suite of course assignment management, a timetable and schedule manager, and tools for tracking their own professional development. The platform ensures that university data is secure and operationally simplified creating connectedness for the academic community. Registration is easy either by registering via credentials from the administrator or by being registered for courses.
