forgot to post about these bags i made from 3 old pairs of jeans. the big ones for carrying books around with me and the small ones for storing my mp3 player and headphones. theyve got wadding lining them to stop the things inside from getting damaged

hii followed! yayy colorwork is so fun!! but i haven't done it that much tbh, how are you doing the back (i.e. why isn't the back just your carried strands)? are you doing two pieces and seaming them together in some kind of decorative way (the edging)? doing that thing where you knit two layers of fabric at once? those are just my guesses i can't tell from the pics lol. sorry for all the questions!

Hi! Yeah i do doubleknit stranded knitting, so it's stranded on both sides and i knit them up at the same time. The edging isnt intentional, it's just a huge stitch with every yarn colour in that row because i havent found a better solution lmao
