Haays. It’s a tiring day. I just finished the 5 hours operation of my patient today. I sat on my chair and I smiled when I took off my coat. This is my first time operating someone. Finally, I’m now really a doctor. I saved her. Her operation went well.

I saw a letter on my table so I opened it.

“To: Daniella Marie A. Mateo M.D. There will be a Reunion Party for Batch 2017-2018 of Cagayan National High School Junior High Come! You’re invited!”

Oh. Reunion party. That’s nice. I’m so excited to see the chillver family again. I laughed when I remembered saying “chillver” for the first time again. Chillver known for being chill in everything. Tests, assignments, research papers and other school works. Even though they’re just chilling or we are just chilling ,that doesn’t mean we’re not studying or not working. Our works all impressive and above average.

“Good morning, Doc” My assistant greeted me.

“Oh. Good morning.” I replied.

“Doc Angeline is calling you.”

“Okay. Just a second.”

Haays. It’s Angeline again. I know why she want us to talk again this time. I guess it’s about the reunion party. I went out of my room and saw Angeline outside.

“Hey.” I said.

“Dan, are you aware about the reunion party?” She asked.

“Yes. It’s 3 days from now right?” I replied

“Yes. Mind to go?

“Of course”

She’s my classmate when we’re in junior high school so I’m sure she also got an invitation. Angeline and I are very close to the point that we’re just calling each other in our nicknames and just talking informally to each other even though we are now both a doctor and she’s now Dr. Ma. Angeline Apostol.

“So First lady, do you mind to go with me?” I asked. I teased her.

“Dan! Stop calling me ‘First Lady’!” She replied.

“Okay. Fine.” I said while trying not to laugh. She’s know as the “first lady” in our room because she dated our Classroom President, Dr. Jerameel Blanch Bunagan. I remembered her being a jealous girlfriend because Jerameel couldn’t reply to her texts. He’s a CAVRAA player that time so he’s really busy with his training so I think that’s the reason why he couldn’t reply. But yeah. They broke up months later.

“Did you see the news?” Angeline asked.

“What news?”

“Your friend Kaycel Baccay is the topnotcher in CPA exam while Mark Daniel Cambri placed second.””

“Wow.” I said. I’m happy for them. They are now a CPA Lawyer. They really became what they wanted to be. Kaycel was one of our math wizards and Daniel was our classroom joker.

“Yes. Same with Krisha Abines CPA, Claire Tannagan CPA and Aivan Calanoga CPA. They became accountants” She added.

“Woah! The math wizards in our room!”

“Yes. Exactly.”

We were interrupted when someone patted my shoulder.

“Hey Dan and Angeline. I heard you’re talking about the math wizards in our room. You forgot my name.” Chastine said while trying to act as if she was hurt.

“Oh. Chas.” Angeline and I said.

“It’s not like that. How could we forgot the silent math wizard of our room? The best among the math wizards?” I replied hoping she would accept my reply.

“Monster in Mathematics” Angeline added.

“AHAHA. Just kidding.” Chas said.

Well, that’s Dr. Chastine Cafuguagan. She was the silent math wizard of our room. She was really good in math yet she chose to be a doctor.

“Did you guys know about the reunion party?” Chas said. Angeline and I laughed because we’re talking about the reunion party again.

“Yes. I just got the invitation” I answered.

“Oh. Same with me. I called Cyril a while ago and he said he don’t know about about it.” Chas said and we laughed.

“Or maybe he got one and he’s just kidding you.” Angeline said.

“Or maybe he’s just busy and he didn’t notice about the letter placed on his table. Kinda like that.” I added.

Haaays. That’s Dr. Cirilo Parallag III, the joker of the room. He always cracks jokes and puns. I remembered having a crush on him when I was in grade 7 because he was really handsome. His nose is really pointed. I just felt like I was dumped by him when we became classmates when we’re in grade 9 and I found out that he’s a gay.

“ I called Dr. Zach, Dr. Angelica, and Dr. Ysabelle a while ago” Angeline said.

“Oh. So, what did they say?” I asked.

“They also got an invitation and they asked me if it’s really a legit invitation or just a prank.” Angeline answered and we laughed.

Dr. Zach Bumanglag was the photographer of the room. He really knows a lot in photography. I really thought he will become a Penshoppe model in the future because all of his clothes are from Penshoppe. LOL. Dr. Ysabelle Baggay, the “Studious one”. I remembered, I considered her as my rival in ranking. LOL. Dr. Angelica Biccan was the one of the room’s KPOP lover. Most of my KDrama was from her. She really loves KPOP and KDramas.

As we reached the X-ray section, we saw Allan Espita RRT.

“Allan!” Chas shouted hoping he could hear her voice.

“Hey.” He replied and walked toward us.

“So, how’s your day?” I asked.

“Hmmm... Tiring. How about guys?” He answered

“Hmm... Good.” I replied.

“Stressful.” Angeline answered.

It’s Allan, known as “The competitive one” of the room. When there’s a school work, he’s really doing it with his best. He really wanted that his work is the best among all of our works.

“Did you guys saw the news about Engr. Adrian Cabalza being the highest paid engineer in Asia?

“Wow. Nice!” we answered. It’s Engr. Adrian Cabalza, known as “The late comer” of the room. He always go to school late. He was the joker of the room and the best Vice President I’ve known. He’s noisy yet he knows a lot. He’s also good in mythology.

“Really? I just saw Edriana Marie Garma RMT a while ago in the laboratory section together with Raquel Maramag RMT. I didn’t say ‘hi’ to them because they’re so busy examining bloods.” Angeline said.

It’s Edriana Marie Garma RMT and Raquel Maramag RMT. They are bestfriends. Both of them are beautiful. Edriana is dating Engr. Adrian Cabalza and I think they are now engaged. Raquel is also one of my closest friend. Her parents are my god parents that’s we’re so close.

Chastine’s phone rang and Micah is requesting for a video call.

“Hey Micah” Chas answered.

“Hiiii. Chaaaaas, do you know about the reunion partyyyyy? Micah said.

“Yes.” Chas replied

“Hi, Mics”

“Hiiiiiii”

“Hi, Micah!”

“Oh. Hey guys.” She replied.

She’s Dr. Micah Odessa Aragon. She was like Dr. Zach. She also knows a lot in photography. They are my idols in taking pictures and I’m proud to say that I’m one of their million followers on instagram.

We were shocked when we saw Erica Catulin RN beside her.

“Oh. Hi Erika!” We said.

“Hi” She answered. She’s still didn’t change. She’s still like her in high school. She still don’t talk much.

“So, how are you? Angeline asked.

“I’m so stressed. Micah is giving me a lot of works.” she replied and we laughed.

Chastine invited us to eat in our canteen so we headed there. The television in our canteen was  open and it’s tuned in news. It’s a report about Engr. Jansen Cumagun for he successfully constructed the tallest tower in Canada.

“Wow! Jansen!” Angeline said.

Yes. It’s Jansen. He really has a creative mind. When there’s a group activity in high school, I really was hoping that I’ll be grouped with him so our work will be in above average. Next news is about a hollywood film starring Angel Perez.

“It seems that Angel really made it to big screen!” I said.

“Yeah. Even though she’s now a teacher in U.S., she can still manage to make movies.” Chas added. Another news is about Dr. Danica Mara for being the surgeon for the upcoming heart surgery of the U.S. President.

“I’m sure Danica can do that!” Allan said.

“Yes. I agree to that. She had succeeded in numerous operations so she really can do that.” I added.

Someone requested to switch the channel and it made Dr. Jaber’s show came up. It’s a show about the wild life of animals.

“Wow. Jaber has his own show, huh? Allan said.

It’s Dr. Jaber Paul Binayug. He’s now a veterinarian. He was known because of his erotic mind. Someone switch again the channel and Dr. Angelica Guiquing’s show came up. Its showing her patient’s faces that she’d worked on. She’s a dermatologist in Brazil now. I remembered Angie holding a novel book while having an earphones in her both ears.

“Angieeeeeee” I said.

“HAHAHA. She can’t hear you, Dan!” Angeline said.

“I don’t care. Its just that I’m happy to see Angie again.” I replied.

“Yes. Me too.” Chas added.

In our way back to our rooms we saw Dr. Nicole Castillo in the Pedia Section. It’s Aian. She was known as boyish in our room.

“Hi, Aian!” Angeline said.

“Hello. Did you guys saw the invitation? She asked.

“Yes. We just got one.” Chas answered.

“Oh. I see. I’m so excited seeing chillver again.” Aian added.

We were interrupted by a familiar voices. It’s from Dr. Christian Gacias and Dr. Cristian Rey Gaddao. Haaays.

“Sup?” Gaci said.

“Oh. Gaci!” Chas said.

“’Hey, Gads!” Allan said.

“Hello” Cristian answered.

“We were having a good time before you guys went here” Angeline teased.

“Ouch. You’re hurting me” Gaci said and we laughed

That’s Christian. He was very active in class when it comes to recitation. Cristian on the other hand was the guitarist of the room. He’s talented. He knows how to draw, sing, play a guitar and also good in english.

“Hmmm... We’re good. We’re talking about the reunion party.” Allan said.

“Oh. Yeah. That’s 3 days from now,right? Gaci asked.

“Yes.” I answered.

“I’m so excited!” He added while giggling.

“Tsk. You just want to see Engr. Aira Bianca Datul.” Allan teased.

“Hmmm...” He answered. We laughed because of his reaction.

It’s Engr. Aira Binca Datul. She’s now an engineer in New York. She was the person with black eyeglasses. Black handkerchief, and black bag. Obviously, she loves black. She’s one of my closest friend.

“You still can’t forget her, huh? Move on, man!” Allan said.

“Hmmm... No” He answered.

“That’s okay. You can see her in our party, soon.” I said.

“Yes. Hoping.” He replied.

As we walked, we saw a New York Times magazine and Allan picked it. The headline is ‘5 highest paid Medical Technologists in South East Asia’. It’s Mark John Lester Apostol RMT, James Cusipag RMT, Janina Llanto RMT, Queenalynn Paris RMT, and Abiegail Serquina RMT.

“Wow!” Angeline said.

“Woaaaah! Lester!” Christian said.

“Wow! They became really successful.” Angeline said.

It’s Lester. He was also noisy and the joker of our room. James was known as “The Playboy”. I heard he dated more than 15 girls in high school. He changed when he met Ayra Tamaray and I think they are now dating. Janina, is one of my close friends. She was also a math wizard in our room. Sometimes she’s moody so don’t mess with her. She’s really kind and funny. Queenalynn, the carbo copy of Kathryn Bernardo. She really looks like Kathryn. She’s also one of my closest friends. I once envied her because their house was just beside National Book Store so she had all those beautiful notebooks and pens. But I they are now living in South Korea. Abiegail, is also one of my closest friend. She’s really a nice person. I also envied her because her nose is so pointed and she also has a dimple in her both cheeks. She’s a positive person. She once had a crush but their “almost lover” relationship didn’t work and if you’re trying to tease her with his “almost lover”, just don’t. Your life will be on danger. LOL.

On the next page, we saw the picture of Engr. Al Policar Rivera together with Engr. Christpher Suyu.

“Wow, Alpo!” Gaci said.

“Alpooooooo” Gads added.

“Woah! Alpo did the ‘Pol’!” Gaci asked

“Are you talking about the tallest building in the whole world? Chas said.

“Yes. It says here.” Gaci said while trying to get the magazine from Allan.

“Wait. It states here that Engr. Christpher also did the JC Tower in New Zealand.” Allan said while trying to protect the magazine from Gaci.

“Wow!” I said.

“They are really cool!” Gads said.

AlPo was the coolest person in our room. (You can take it literally. LOL.) He was really good in editing videos. He is also gifted. He knows how to draw, edit videos, and has a perfect face. Christpher is also really good in drawing.

 “Do you know that Frances Datul is now the Executive Editor of New York Times magazine?” Chas asked.

“Eh? Really? Angeline said.

“Yes. She just became an Executive Editor last week.” Gads answered.

“Oh. Nice! I’m happy for her.” I added.

On the next page there is a headline stating: Two Filipinos Topnatchers in Bar Exam in California.

“Wow! It’s Atty. Alexis Joe Manuel!” Gaci said.

“Atty. Joriza Enaman!” Chas added.

“Wow! Proud chillver here!” Angeline said and we laughed.

We turned another page and we saw a bank with the picture of the owner beside it.

“Carlos Bank?” Gaci asked.

“Nicooooooooole” Gad said.

Nicole Carlos CPA has her own bank now. Wow. Yes, no wonder. She’s also good in math.

“It says here that the ‘Carlos Bank’ is currently the highest bank in the world!” Chas said.

“Wow.” Angeline said as we saw a familiar name.

“Engr. Gelli Mae Bucayu?” Chas asked.

“Wow. She is the civil engineer assigned in constructing another bank of Carlos Bank in Singapore.” Gads said. I remembered having a fight with her. She’s also a moody person. She’s kind, just don’t mess with her.

We looked at the cover of the magazine and saw another familiar face.

“Cj!” I shouted.

“ You’re too loud!” Angeline said.

“I’m just happy for her” I replied giggling. Gen. Christine Joy Baccay. She’s the first female five star general in our country. She’s one of my closest friends. Kaycel, CJ, and I known as the “Powerpuff Girls” in our room. She was known as”GC” in our room because she was always holding a notebook and reviewing.

“Haays. Our classmates really became so successful.” I said,

“Indeed.” Gaci answered.

Then, we parted ways when we reached our rooms.

3 days later...

Wow. Its really nice here. We’re in a hotel owned by Angel Perez. There’s a wine section in the right side and the food section in the left side. All of our batchmates are here. I saw some familiar faces. I was shocked when I felt a hand on my shoulder.

“Hey” CJ said.

“Hi” I replied and I hugged her. We walked to where the whole silver is.

“By the way, congratulations on being the first female five star general in our country. “ I said and she laughed.

“Thanks, Dan!” she said while giggling.

There, I saw Kaycel, Aby,and Queenalynn.

“Hi, guys.” I said

Hi, Dan!” Kaycel replied

“Sup?” Aby said

“Hello” Quenalynn answered.

“It’s really nice to see you guys again.” I said.

“Yes. Me too.” Kaycel said and the four of us hugged.

At the corner of the room, I saw Gaddao, Jaber, Alpo,Lester, Aian, Adrian, James, Gaci, Angel and Frances. Cristian Gaddao is playing a guitar while those guys are singing. Micah, Zach, Chastine, Daniel, Erica, Allan, Cyril, Ysabelle and Nicole are also taking pictures. Jansen, Claire, Raquel, and Edriana are also drinking wine.Krisha, Angeline,Gelli, Angelica are laughing,enjoying each other’s presence. Jerameel, Joe, Aivan, Christpher, and Aira are alsomaking fun with each other. Danica and Joriza are also in the food section.

Then, I saw Janina and Angie. We headed to them.

“Hi, Angie and Janina.” I greeted.

“Hello” Angie replied.

“Hi neneng”Janina replied and we laughed.

A song played. A slow music. At first, all of us are still shy and no one was trying to go on the stage. All of us danced when one tried to go on the stage. We’re all happy. We’re happy to see each other. I’m very happy to see the chillver reunite again.

“Gads!”

“Cool ako!”

“Harem King!”

“Suyu!”

“Miracle!”

“Pervert!

“Engay! Engay!”

“Bababababa”

“Jaby”

“Kidssssssss”

“First Lady!”

Christian asked for a dance with Aira, Alpo with Frances, Jerameel with Angeline, James with Ayra, and Edriana with her fiance’ Adrian. They are so happy. How I wish I can also see him and have a dance with him.

The party is over but I still didn’t see him. I still never had the chance to have a glimpse of his face.

“Bye, guys” Cristian said.

“Good bye guys” Alpo added.

“Bye.” I answered.

We all hugged. Then, we left.

On my way to the parking lot, I saw him. I saw my almost I thought my prince. I saw the man who I almost gave my heart when we’re in high school. The memories, the happy moments, and the sweet messages are all flashing back. I stared at him and his eyes met mine. I think it’s now time for us to be happy.

Bebegiiiiiiiirl! Hi! How are you? I know that you will read this so I really intend to write my blog like this. Yiiee. I know that you’re giggling right now and you can’t believe that I’m the one who’s obligated to write you a blog for this month. LOL. JOKE. Of course, I really want to write you a message and I’m thankful that you’re the one that I’ve picked.

Hmmm. Maybe it’s true that we all have that one friend who will fight for his/her right no matter what happens and for me, it’s you. LOL. Remember when I was like a 3 year old kid saying “Clareeeee, nabudol-budol yata ako” because of that glue stick (normal size) that I’ve bought from the Hello Kitty-themed store? LOL. I felt like I was hypnotized for a moment and bought that one piece of glue stick for ten pesos. I felt like I was deceived. AHAHA. Then after telling you what happened to me, you grabbed my hand and forced me to go back to that store. I told you that I can’t, so you’re the one who went there and who got my change back. From that time, I started admiring you. You’re really something. You’re so cooooool.

You’re my bebegirl but you’re acting like my mom. LOL. You came to save and help me from that owner of the Hello Kitty-themed store, you always fight for your rights, you’re very practical, and you always think that a one peso is very important. LOL.

I want you to know that I’m really admiring you. I admire you because you’re just being yourself. You’re so kind, intelligent, practical, funny, and beautiful.

Hmmm. So, here it is. Clare Tannagan, thank you for everything. Thank you for being a good friend and a perfect partner in every group activities in our room. Stay kind, pretty, intelligent and a violet lover. Remember that you will always be my Bebegirl and promise me that I will always be your Bebegirl too. I hope that you will become a successful person in the future. I also hope that your business (Autoload Max) will grow more. LOL. Hi! How are you? I hope you’re doing fine. Hmm. I guess we’re now 25 or 26 of age because the whole Mateo Family already permitted you to be my man. Also, I’m sure I already told you that you’re my first boyfriend and I’m secretly hoping that you’ll also be my last. I’m very demure and once called “Maria Clara” so I think you’re really a patient and an understanding guy.

Hmm. I want to thank you because I think you always make me happy and you care for me a lot. You accepted me for who I really am and always willing to deal with my bad side. Thank you for being so patient to me because I think you spent years courting me and my family. Thank you for all the love and for making me believe in love again after being hurt. Thank you for being understanding because I know that it’s not that easy to deal with my mood swings. I know that you really love me and I also do.

I want us to be honest to each other and I think we really are. Like what I said, I’m now thinking you as my first and last boyfriend or my “The One” so help me to prove that.

I know that there’s no such thing as a perfect relationship so don’t be pressured. Lets be open to our feelings. If the spark is now gone, please rekindle our love again. Make some effort to add fire to the flame. After all, love is always a choice. It is our decision to stay or not. If the butterflies are now gone in our tummies, please give me the whole zoo and I will give you that as well.

For this 2018, I’m looking forward for my studies and my family. I’m wishing a good health for me and my family. This year, I can see myself being more mature. The fact that I’m now graduating as a junior high school student, and now preparing to be a senior next school year, I should be more competent and strong enough to face the real world. No more childishness. Although it’s okay to be childish sometimes but we have to know when to act like a child and when to act like a mature one.

This past few weeks, I had a hard time deciding on where I should go for senior high school. Tuguegarao City Science High School or still in Cagayan National High School. Both schools are nice but I really want to go to CNHS. I want to be a CNHSian again so I chose CNHS. But I also want to take the TCSHS entrance exam for senior high school. I just want to TRY IT. If I passed the exam, well, it’s an achievement. I’ll take it. For now, let’s enjoy being a CNHSian. I heard TCSHS will now be move in Carig. It’s so far. I think the universe really want me to stay in CNHS.

“Moving up” is now coming. The separation of “CHILLVER” is now coming and I hope that we will still be together after that. Chillver doesn’t deserve to be forgotten. Chillver deserves to be cherished and to be loved. I hope that we will still be a friend and a family to each other after the ceremony. For me, silver will always be in my heart. And of course, there’s also a space for my “PAKE NGOLD” family. Nothing will change that. I’m thankful that gold accepted me in my first and second year in high school and my silver family for making my high school life remarkable. This year, I want to make more time with my classmates. I want to make make more time with my CHILLVER family.

If you’re asking me if I’m expecting someone this year, my answer is “No”. I’m not into ‘love’ or ‘crushes’ this year. But of course, there’s an exception for the “OPPAs”. To my korean idols and to Bank Thiti, my forever Thai crush.

This year and for the upcoming years, I really want to give all my attention to my studies. I want to make my family proud of me. Maybe I’ll just give my attention to my “love life” when I’m now a college graduate and now have a stable job. What happened with “Mel” (the one in my last blog) is enough. I’ve been hurt so much because of him. Although I already left all our memories to 2017, I can’t deny that I still have a little feelings to him.

“I’m not a princess, this ain’t a fairy tale”

Like what the lyrics say, I’m not a princess and I’ll never experience having a Prince Charming because I’m not Cinderella. I will never have a Prince Florian because I’m not Snow White. And lastly, I will never have a brave,loyal, and kind Prince Philip because I’m not Princess Aurora. This ain’t fiction. This is a real world.

I once dreamed to have my own Prince Charming... SOON. But I didn’t expect he arrived so  early. But, hey! It’s just a puppy love. Is it? Nope. ALMOST.

I once met this boy named “Mel” (not his real name, actually). He’s known for his incredible moves when he dances, talented fingers when he plays piano, God-fearing personality, and his looks. He adores Trevor Wesley’s songs so much and loves to watch “Naruto”. He also has a brain. LOL. Of course that’s the first thing I will make sure my crush should have. Me? Just a typical high school girl who loves to read books and also has a brain. LOL. He’s popular and I’m not. He’s known by everybody in our school and I’m just like a normal student. But one day, everything changed. This popular boy met this very demure,modest, “Maria Clara” girl.

Mel and I became friends and I won’t deny that we want to be more than that...SOON. He’s also the first boy I’ve entertained. He liked me and I liked him too. Remember, “LIKE”. I still don’t want to go beyond that situation and that’s the reason why my friends call me “Maria Clara”. Not showing too much feelings. Though I’m showing it, but just secretly. The fact that we’re still in high school and still doesn’t have a stable job to fulfill our needs, it’s not good for us to be in a relationship. And also I came from a very strict family. We’re not suppose to have a boyfriend/girlfriend unless we now have our jobs or when we’re now 26 above in age. It’s enough for me that he’s acting like my inspiration in my studies.

Being old school never go out of style. For me, I prefer letters than gifts. I like to experience “Harana” than having sweet messages. I want actions than flowery words. And of course, courting should done for years not just days. Not through cellphone but personally. Though we didn’t think about that because we’re still young and its really creeping me out whenever I hear that thing. It’s like “courting” is not yet in my vocabulary.

For me, it’s really important to wait. It shows how serious you are to have that thing. You want to wait for it because you’re really into it. For you, that thing really worth the wait. Same as I. I wanted him to wait for me until we finish college and have a stable job but it didn’t go as what I wanted it to be. Maybe because we’re still stuck in being “friends” even though we’ve been years being in a “We like each other but we’re not suppose to go beyond this” situation. Of course because education is more valuable than that thing. But I didn’t expect he will get tired. He likes someone now and it’s not me. It’s someone else.

I always asking myself, “Am I not worth the wait?” and of course I always answer myself, “No, maybe he just don’t deserve me because I’m too good for him.” (SELF-COMFORT) The thought that he doesn’t want to wait for me anymore is not my fault. He’s just pursuing me. We’re still in high school. I shouldn’t think about that. (SELF COMFORT AGAIN) It’s just all depends to the man if he will be accepted by the girl. The only thing we, girls want is the boys’ patience. So, when he gave up on me, I didn’t care that much. But of course, I won’t say I didn’t get hurt at all.

Now, we’re doing great. I severed our ties. Ironic? Let me, please. I just don’t like to have a connection to him anymore. It’s enough. I’ve been hurt too much. Though I didn’t care much about our “more than friends” feeling last time because we’re not suppose to give it an attention unless the right time comes, as a girl, it really hurts. He WAS always at my side. He always makes me feel happy. It’s like “Tinaas niya ako ng sobra tapos bigla nalang iniwan sa ere” feeling. He ALMOST became my puppy love. He ALMOST became my Prince Charming I’ve once dreamed. I ALMOST gave my heart. It was ALMOST a fairy tale.

But, yeah. Just because we don’t know our destination, it doesn’t mean we should stop moving forward. Move on. We still have many things to do in our life. It’s just a memory of my 2017. Another year is about to come. I’m just 15, it’s okay to be hurt.

The 31st meeting held by the members of the Association of Southeast Asian Nation was the greatest and the most prestigious event that Philippines hosted.

 We can’t deny how Philippines and how our government prepared and acted for the ASEAN Summit more than the last time our country hosted the ASEAN Summit way back in 2007 because the leaders of regional bloc’s dialogue partners that include Canada,Australia, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea, China, Russia, India, the Europian Nation, and United States will be also in attendance. They even reserved the leftmost lane of EDSA and made that as the “ASEAN Lane” just for the exclusive use of VIP’s and delegates of the ASEAN Summit.And of course, 9,000 cops have been deployed for the safety of all the leaders. 

 ASEAN Summit is beneficial because it can give all the leaders of Southeast Asian Nation an opportunity to talk about things or issue. Strengthening the economy of the ASEAN region is also one of the major objectives of the summit.  

The human rights record and the drug-related killings or the war on drugs of our President Rodrigo Duterte also didn’t set aside by the other leaders. Leaders also gave their statements about poverty, terrorism, chemical weapons, food security cooperation, and anti-corruption cooperation. They also stated their agreements and declarations for ending all forms of malnutrition, disaster health management, joint statement on climate change, declaration on the adaptation of ASEAN Youth Development Index, joint statement on promoting peace and security and many more. 

Wala tayong karapatang kumitil ng buhayng ibba. Tanging ang Diyos lamang ang makapagsasabi kung kailan magwawakas ang ating buhay.

Talamak ang krimen at laganap na ang patayan sa ating bansa. Tila’y araw-araw na lamang may namamatay. Nankakatindig-balahibo dahil nagmimistula silang hayop na mataos patayin ay iniiwan na lamang sila sa kalye. Nakapanlulumo dahil hindi man lang naisip ngmga suspek ang kahihinatnan ng pamilya ng mga biktima.

Simula nang manalo at umupo bilang Presidente ang dating Mayor ng Davao na si Rodrigo Duterte, usap-usapan na ang ttungkoll sa Extra-judicial killings o pagpatay sa mga masasamang loob na ngayon nga’y nangyayari sa ating bansa.

Una nang sinabi ng atinng Presidente na si Duterte na tutuligsain niya ang lahat ng mga Pilipinong lulong sa droga.nangako rin siya ng pagbabago sa bansa kaya ganun nalang ang pagkabigla ng lahat nang mangyari nga ang lahat ng kaniyang paalala at babala.

Marami na ang sumuko sa pulisya nguunit mayroon pa rin ang mga hanggang ngayo’y nagtatago pa.

Dahil na rin sa mgga balitang nailalabas araw-araw mapa-telebisyon man o mapa-radyo man, hindi na rin naiiwasang maisali ang kapulisan sa isyung ito. Patuloy namang ipinaglalaban ng kapulisan na ginagawa lang nila ang kanilang trabaho at nagakaroon ng patayan dahil nanlaban ang mga ito.

 Pilit namang humihingi ng hustisya ang mga pamilyang iniwan ng mga napapatay sa “war on drugs”.  Mahirap isipin kung ano na ang mangyayari o kahihinatnan ng kanilang mga iniwang mahal sa buhay.

 Sa ganitong eksena kung sino pa ang napapatay, sila pa ang mga nadamay lang Mahirap tanggapin dahl kapag nagkaalaman na at nalaman na ang katotohanan, wala nang magagawa pa. Hindina maibabalik ang mga buhay na nasayang.

This book is really awesome. It’s all about mystery, eulogy, and romance. It’s all about a girl who killed her own life because of this cruel world.

I’ve learned a lot. I realized that we shouldn’t let things for fun or we can say that we shouldn’t make fun with our classmates, schoolmates or friends because we just don’t know for certain how much impact we have on the lives of other people. That all of our words coming up from our mouth together with our actions are powerful. They can affect somebody’s feelings and of course, their life.

The part that I love the most and the most powerful and enduring part of this book is that when Clay who is her classmate, friend and her co-worker loves her. That he’s just trying to hide his feelings for Hannah. I felt sad because if Clay just told her that he loves her and he’s into her, she should have not killed herself because of depression. He should have said Hannah that he trusts her and she can count on him.

I like Hannah for being so kind and good  to her friends and of course, I also like Clay for keping all those tapes with hi and made all those bullies faced their consequences. I like him for finding Hannah a justice for her death.

Honesty, I remembered something similar to this story. I have a classmate and she’s like Hannah. She also tried to kill herself and worst, she did it in our room. She cut her wrist while we’re having a test in our math subject. I felt bad because her seat is just behind me and I just didn’t see it. I found it out and her seatmates are now acting so weird and our curtain is now filled with blood.

I really tried to stay calm so I can think right because it’s really terrifying to see your friend with a flowing blood to her wrist. What we did is that after we answered our test an our next subject teacher came in, we asked for our teacher’s approval to excuse us in his class because we just have some stuffs to do. We came out of our room and cleansed her wound. I can’t deny that it’s really a big cut. We covered it with a plaster and dressed it. We gave her advices and words of wisdom to carry with her everyday. I’m glad that she’s now doing good and feeling great. She’s not depressed anymore and I thank God for it.

I have chance to talk with one of the characters in this book, I want to talk to Hannah. I want to tell her that life is important and killing herself is not a solution to her problems. I want her to know that Clay loves and trusts her she won’t think any inappropriate acts. I’ll tell her that I also trusts and loves her as well as her parents. I’ll make her believe tha there’s God helping and protecting her and she’s the best gift that God gave to her parents.

Acer’s Aspire V5-112P is a very good laptop and it tries to be all thing for all users. It provides some very attractive features for a laptop that costs only 22,000 pesos.

Acer also says that its an ‘ultra-book’ because of ultra-thin feature. The basic design of this laptop is certainly light and attractive with this particular V5-112P model providing us 11.6 inches screen that folds flat to a total thickness of 20mm.

This model weighs 1.38 kg. so we can just pick it up with one hand quite so easily and its no  trouble because we can just put it in our backpack or in our shoulder bag when we’re trying to go somewhere or about.

This is a “touch-screen” thing so we won’t need to navigate using touchpad’s frustrating integrated click buttons because we can just reach up and swipe through options on the screen. It can also works very well with Microsoft’s Windows 8.

It is also well built for an inexpensive device. The keyboard is firm and comfortable to use. The screen is also above average because of it’s touch-screen feature. It’s screen is good letting the V5-112P works well for web browsing and watching streaming video. It’s speaker also produces good sound. Honestly, the maximum battery life of this laptop is just 3.5 hours so we better have to bring our charger if we don’t want to be interrupted.

We all have our own dream in our lives. That dream we want to be and the dream we always want to achieve.

Me? Hmm. If you’ll going to ask me what will I become and I what I see about my future after 10 years, I can say that I’m now continuing my education and in that age, I’m now currently taking medicine. I’m now done with my pre-med and I already had a job in a big hospital as a medical technologies in their lab section for 2 years just to  make money for my med school.

We can also say that I already have my first ever boyfriend and I’m having a thought of him being also my last. Of course, I can also see a better image of my family feeling comfortable in our new renovated house. My sister having her boyfriend beside her and and her dream car outside.

Remembering my high school memories, I can say that Cagayan National High School really became my stepping stone to achieve my goal. CNHS thought me how to deal with this world and trained me to become a better version of me. I’m grateful because CNHS made me one of their successful graduates.

That’s it. I’m just hoping that that it will come true and I’ll do my best to achieve it all. Just dream, dream and dream. We can do it!
