everyday i wake up and i go “god i’m so tired. i can’t do this anymore.” and then i get up and i continue to do it

“you’re really self aware for someone with bpd” it’s torture,, knowing that you’ll ruin friendships, relationships, opportunities but still not being able to stop your self sabotaging behaviour. knowing that it’s all in your head but the overwhelming feeling of possible abandonment is so difficult to ignore,, pure torture.

As someone who is fundamentally a very logical person, being mentally ill is so fucking annoying by how it doesn't respond to logic. Like I know that getting enough sleep is important and yet I'm still up late because the part of my head infected with brain fungus doesn't want to.

Help me, The sadness never ends

Emotional support from someone makes me uncomfortable. Why are you comforting me and not hitting me in the face when I cry. It feels weird.

Nobody is afraid to lose me. I never mean that much.
