This "blog" is made for the purpose of investigating the actions of a certain Sottocapo in the great lakes of U-Corp who has recently been more active being elevated to the title of Star of the City, dubbed.

All have been seen to not wear the usual mandated Thumb Hat instead all having capes .

As far as noted in multiple reports they have been recently on a crime spree across multiple districts While yes most of U corp is Middle territory it seems a couple dozen of large islands in the far right side of The Great lake is Thumb Territory and that is where we believe the Star of the city threat: The Archivist is stationed at
Encounters.
