We went out shooting local band “Pedal Strike” at Cafe Nela for their new single’s video “Iron Horse” when we ran into the Gears Last Show. Already had the camera in hand so here it is for posterity.

Canters, quite famously, was a popular hang-out for the guys in Guns n' Roses, and the adjacent bar, the Kibitz Room, was the venue that launched dozens of the bands from that era. We are proud to be back here and eager to stuff our faces at Canter's next door :P

- About OSSO: Some might remember that this location’s original incarnation, Little Pedro’s, had one of the more colorful histories in downtown nightlife. Built in the late 1800s, Pedro’s later played host to legal prostitution (it allegedly had a brothel license) and beatnik jazz nights, attracting L.A.’s miscreant underbelly — a crowd that only got rougher as the years went by.
