wear comfty clothes, trade your bra in for a big comfty sweatshirt
your grades do not define your intelligence
take small sections each day, dont cram at the last minute
take hot showers or steam your face
talk to a friend/family member about your stress, its not stupid
read it 10 times, say it 10 times, write it twice
small progress is still progress
listen to instrumental chill beats while you study
journal down your thoughts
take deep breaths when youâre feeling stressed
remember to stay hydrated when you canât caffinate
work out for 15 minutes or just walk around your campusÂ
listen to motivational audios
keep your chin up because you fucking got this
