You are more than enough.

Being Russian-Ukranian and down with what certainly looks like Covid, I haven't been feeling too well these days. I'm overwhelmed and exhausted. For those of my dear followers from either country, my only wish is that you stay safe and keep some space for hope inside your heart, even if it's just a tiny speck in the sea of anxiety. Because you need that hope to keep on living.

Being 91 line, I still consider myself young (contrary to popular belief on the internet, you don't turn into a fossil by 30), but I especially feel for you youngins, because more life is ahead of you and you're still going through such a rough start. I'm sorry.

One day this will be over, I promise.

P.s. If you ever, ever catch yourself being hard on yourself for whatever reason, remember that you didn't take part neither in bombing civilians' houses in Ukraine nor in taking mothers with children to a police station for protesting war in Russia. For that alone, you're a successful human being and I'm proud of you.
