If these spoilers are actually true, that part of his character is irredeemable. It’s actually frustrating that this is a fallback for him. You’d hope that maybe in WCI after meeting Pudding he’d actually start to respect women but I guess not. I was hoping that when he got his memories of her back, which I think is likely, he’d develop more respect for women in general, but it’s this shit that makes me doubt that.

Sanji is literally Absalom at this point. And the sad thing is that the his fans and the people that ship him with Nami are going to eat this shit up, defend his actions, and pretend like he hasn’t done anything wrong. It says something, a big something, about your ship when you’re counting on a situation that is the embodiment of sexual harassment to instigate a moment for your ship.

Move on with that “he respects Nami!” bullshit, he doesn’t. Not even remotely as he resorts to this garbage. Luffy respects Nami. Zoro respects Nami. Usopp, Chopper, Robin, Franky and Jinbe respect Nami. Sanji does not. He sees her as a sexual object and treats her like it.
