       ❝ Even I’m not that drained. I used to think that unless it came from SPENCER, I could never have enough coffee. That idea just changed my mind. ❞

         Getting up from her perch, the blonde turns her attentions to the fridge, locating the jug of milk. She takes it out -- pours a splash into her mug ( she may need her caffeine, but she can’t do it straight up. she’s not nearly as hardcore as one SPENCER HASTINGS ). She places the jug on the counter, sliding it towards her friend. It’s then that she finally takes a sip, a content sigh tumbling from her bare lips.       “ --- I don’t know. I think it sounds like a pretty good idea right now -- to me, at least. I can’t remember the last time I was this WIPED.” -- she can, it was YESTERDAY ( & the day before that -- & the day before that as well. tired is a constant when A is lurking around every corner ).

         It’s SCARY, thinking about what the future holds for her. It’s the first time she’ll really be away from Rosewood -- & as thrilled as she is about leaving this graveyard behind, it terrifies her in a way that A never did. She’s an adult now -- heading off to live with her very serious boyfriend in a very big city & starting to follow her very big dreams ( while wearing very high heels -- naturally ). After her father left, it was her & her mother against the world -- now it was time for her to face it all alone.       “I PROMISE. Look -- just because I’m not gonna be here, doesn’t mean I’ll suddenly forget ALL about you, Mom. I’m really gonna miss you.” 

arms reach for her in greeting, and they loop around her waist as he leans in to press a kiss to her nose, lips quirked.  ❝ —— you could totally do plenty of damage WITHOUT them. ❞  hanna marin is a BULLDOZER: a blonde, fashionable, lovable, hilarious, adorable bulldozer, brave as they came, along with many other adjectives he’s chosen to pretend aren’t in his vocabulary,  and he’s as SURE of her strength as he is A’s SKILL to make their lives a living hell. another kiss follows, this time on her lips.   ❝ ———— any chance you’ll let me live? ❞

     Button nose wrinkles, a smile forming that nearly reaches the corners of her eyes as she’s tugged towards her SAFETY. Amongst the choppy waters & raging storm, she’s found herself a peaceful harbor -- someone to whom she could retreat when the going was just TOO TOUGH. "         hmm,” she muses, feigning DEEP thought. It’s then that she rests her forehead against his, lips ghosting over his own -- her words a whisper between them. “I think that can be arranged.”

    A roll of BABY BLUES, as she slips the necklace into her purse as stealthily as possible. She’s already managed to ditch the tags, so they’re as good as gold !! “Elena -- I’m gonna have to ask you to stop that. Now -- come on. I’m STARVING. This girl needs truffle fries.”
