Grandma's Comfort Soup:

Adds a dash of Sims 2 charm to Paralives by simply renaming "Chicken Noodle Soup" to "Grandma's Comfort Soup".

Now when the parafolk get sick, the game will suggest to have someone who is good at taking care of others to make Grandma's Comfort Soup, and that's what the interaction will say for them on the fridge too.

I'm pretty sure this meal is actually flagged as vegetarian so it didn't really make sense for it to be 'chicken' anyway. Besides, everyone deserves a nice soup to make them feel better, not only those who eat chicken!

This is literally just a visual text change, it doesn't impact anything else.

Jesters Don't Ignore Needs:

Stops Jesters from randomly ignoring either the hunger, bathroom, or hygiene need sometimes when they wake up.

I personally find that the needs don't impact gameplay enough for my liking so ignoring one entirely for no real reason is even worse. I don't think there's enough to do to completely ignore a major need all day in my opinion.

They can still ignore needs for other reasons such as a virus or being in the zone, just not because of their vibe only.

HOW TO USE:

These are treated like an animation in photo mode. Look up HumanTTPoseSet1Animation while in photo mode and your para should snap into the pose. To change poses, just move further in the animation. There should be five poses to use.

Max-Ear Amon Para!

I have a story about this!

So, I was hoping someone would develop a mod for elf ears in Paralives, that way Amon would have proper ears. Someone did, and they did a lovely job on it!

However.

The initial ears were subtle and didn't show through hair styles with more volume, such as the one I use with Amon. I spent hours last night trying to figure out how to increase ear length by delimiting the slider with no luck, hoping I could get the ears to show more.

Today, I was very nervous, but I dropped the creator a complement and my respectful request for longer ears. I didn't want the creator to feel like I was ungrateful for the work they already did, but they were the most capable at making something work in this case.

Much to my delight and surprise, the creator responded not even a few hours later with a full update. Not only did they add TWO new lengths to the mod, but also thanked me for the suggestion!

Sometimes it doesn't hurt to kindly ask. And now, the mod is becoming one of the more popular Paralives mods on Steam - for a very good reason. Best of luck to this glorious creator! ♫♩♪♫

I can't even lie, I've been counting days for the Paralives release, and this has been a WIP since release day!

The hair is a retexture of my TS4 hair, which means absolutely more conversions of my other hairs will be happening. The learning curve was Something (you might've seen my post documenting it lol) but now that I've figured it out the process should be a lot quicker 🙏

Also, full transparency, Paralives CC is gonna be my current focus instead of TS4 atm! I go more in depth on my Patreon if you want more details on how I'm feeling

i figured out how to make tattoos in paralives (shout out the wiki & transparentcee on nexus mods) & got in the booth (gimp) immediately.
