I built a sandcastle, or tried to. I wake up, enjoy a cup of joe and sit on the porch listening. I love it.

You’re making me feel even lazier than I did before. Today is the day I get back in the gym! Beer and the beach goes together hand in hand. What brought you to the island?

Did you make it into the gym today? Beer and beach do, there’s no better duo. Uh, my divorce, kind of. I wanted to get away from the spotlight and everything for a while once that was all settled. How about you?

Nothing wrong with just chilling on the beach in a place like this! I don’t think I’ve hit the gym since I’ve been here so I feel you. I need to stop being lazy. Tell me you have a beer in your hand and that would be the perfect situation!

Not at all. I’ve hit the gym most of the days since I’ve been here, but felt like today was the day to just take a much needed break. I do have a beer, can’t sit on the beach without one.

Sounds like you found out the secret to a long happy life. I remember when I first gave birth, the sound of the ocean near my house was the most soothing thing my ears could ever hear. It really helps relaxing the body but so does also just jumping in.

I found this a long time ago in different parts of the world. I’ve always gone more during stressful times of life, and it’s always been the best way to clear my head and just relax me.

I’ve never felt so peaceful in my entire life; this island is like a drug and I honestly want to soak all of it in. When the brochure said perfect escape,  I never would have imagined this; it’s amazing.  

It is like a drug, but I could say that about a lot of beaches around the world. I didn’t even read the brochure, I just saw an island and where it was at, and I was in.
