Whereas on amazon it's always right. In all these years of buying from amazon I've rarely returned anything and if I've done that, it's been cuz i ordered the wrong thing.

A hot day today. So hot that I am sitting in my room in pitch darkness. Even switching on the light feels like it adds a degree or two to the overall temperature.

This is a new fad in the Indian drink market where they're putting protein in everything.

I'm not sure I'll get any of those things. But I got taken in by the advertisements. I felt like I needed a little treat(s) after scrolling so much.

I wish more days were like this. But no.

Those are the areas where you know bad things happen. And I legit saw a group of cops and people standing by to get a report written after some bullshit that must have happened just then.

And then there was a traffic light where I had to wait for 16 minutes. Yes. That has never happened to me in all these years. I was livid by the end of it.

Sometimes on the road you see a car colour so horrendous that you just know that the car owner has mental illness. Did they go to car agency and say, "give me a car, but in a sick mix of green and yellow."

Horrible

Yup.

Fun movie. Hindi dubbed. And for that reason I had the whole hall to myself.

Some dialogues were pure comedy. Overall, a good onetime watch!

First things first, the booth level officer of my area called me yesterday to confirm my voter id card and she said I should whatsapp her the proof documents. Yeah, right. Like I'll whatsapp anyone anything that's official. I declined so she said come to my office and share the documents. So, I have to go there to keep my vote active. This is such a hassle and such a spanner in the gears of my plans.

But it has to be done. Maybe my vote matters. Maybe.

Monday it is then. Really early morning. Now I'm waiting for the handyman who does the work in this area to discuss the house stuff with him. I need to get this started pronto. It's going to be a mess, but that's part of the game.

The problem with owning anything is the upkeep. But when you use things, they will break and need maintenance.

Like the car that runs so much that something or the other crops up now and then. Understandable. If a machine was faultless, too perfect, it would not really be a machine. Or maybe they don't make them like they used to.

From tomorrow, starting another leg of pending house work that has been pending for some time. The remodel of bathrooms is going to take a lot of work. But it'll happen, too. Step by step.

Then I am planning to raise two sections of the periphery of the house. Outside and inside. And even when all this is done, I know there are at least two or three more things that will need my attention.

Yeah, this stuff doesn't seem to end.

And maybe when I am done with all this, I'll move into a new house. That is also a possibility. But it makes no sense to live in a house where something is not optimum.

This is the third ad of this kind of product that I am seeing. For some reason, the algorithm thinks I am interested in these things. 🙄

Yeah. Long day. But what of it, my complaints won't shave off 5 minutes from this day.

The good bit about today was that I saw a Bentley getting repaired at a shop. Also, a Porsche parked in there getting a paint job. And shit ton of cars in a vehicle graveyard.

Vampire Hunter D - Bloodlust

Last two times I've gone to the mall, I've gotten lost there. Even after following the exit signs, last two times I exited from new places than the usual exit.

It's like some backrooms shit. A basement parking in a mall is the worst place to be on foot. That too late at night after a movie.

I had pasta and cold coffee today and that was the only good thing about the day.

My eating capacity has gone down to new depths. I shared the pasta and even then I was done and so done with the food.
