Follow up to my previous TADC Gummigoo post, l I understand why people think his plotline was useless or how it didn’t fit into the story. Which tbh the way the writing of the show went I can see why people think that, but they should have mentioned or at least done something with it in episode 9. Especially since they’re brain scans.

I mean, his entire plotline was that he wasn’t even real, even though the main cast are brains and of real people they’re technically just part of the game as well. It could’ve been a perfect way to make everything come full circle with him being an NPC and them being brainscans and it could’ve made it feel a lot less disconnected from the main story.

Because as much as I adore Gummigoo and Funnygummy they did a good job of making it feel separate from the main story. It just felt like a big missed opportunity, and it would’ve been nice if Caine brought him back or something to help with his redemption

I don’t mean to complain too much, I still like the show I just think they could’ve done so many things better and idk I gotta defend my boy Gummigoo

TADC yap but I kinda hate how the fandom switched up on Gummigoo so hard. Like I was in the fandom since the pilot so I clearly remember how everyone LOVED him around episodes 2-4 but then everyone randomly switched up and now they hate him??? Like I understand that I think his story could’ve been incorporated into the show better but people are acting like they always hated him like ???? 😭😭 Leave him alone
