Animal Hospital theory (really more of an AU), in which everyone in the hospital IS an anomaly.
Every patient is "infected"/on the verge of becoming an anomaly, which the hospital is studying a cure for. BUT they are also looking into reversing the process, whenever the hospital/Animal Corp has a (seemingly) successful attempt they employ them has staff. The process is only temporary, those who don't die to the creatures lurking end up going insane and reverting back to their anomalous nature. The staff's sanity is just how close they are to going feral.
Interns are freshly reversed, which is why they look like that and why there is SO MANY. They are easily replaceable and more likely to go insane. Interns can't actually talk (They communicate through sign language), and tend to scare the patients. They have yet to relearn how to act properly which is why they act like this.
Now the rest isn't particularly based off anything. Just their abilities and what I could find "cool".
Nurse/Head Nurses have been working for a while. They have multiple arms (Nurses have 3, Head Nurses have 4) which they can hide under clothing but use to help carry medicine!
Psychologist's mustache is FAKE. They don't have a mouth and use the mustache as a diversion. They've been a while, so they've learned to have more control over the insanity nagging their brain. When they start going insane their head would split open to reveal the actual mouth.
Paramedic, Surgeon, and Doctor would have a similar build to stalker. They're lanky, long legs, have a chronic slouch due to the height...but they're still smaller than stalker.
Paramedic and Surgeon have increased stamina and don't need sleep (like real healthcare workers lol).
Doctor and Surgeon have found their calling, so to avoid going back to being feral they throw themself into their work.
Paramedic is the youngest of the deer trio.
Security and Secretary are like mid-tier. Neither have any visual hints that they were once an anomaly other than sharp teeth and bloodshot eyes. Kind of like a Barney situation where without photographs you can't tell.
Secretary takes after Surgeon and focuses on their work rather than life (they really look up to them).
Security, while they may have aged a little more than intern, is still nuts. They'll shock ANYONE for fun and scamper away.
Secret Agent has multiple eyes (kinda like this. you get this idea even if its cotl). And would have a similar texture to stalker. Eats the corpses to keep his sanity low, kitty needs to eat!
The order of "oldest" to "youngest" goes as follows.

Local newborn anomaly gets told they have to work for the hospital that fucked them over and infected them because that's the only way they'll get food without killing it themself and they REALLY don't wanna turn into some mindless flesh eating horror.
Good thing they form a friendship with a much older and kinder anomaly who will go out and get food for them when the hospital is actually doing really well and hasn't killed anyone in a while. And is more than willing to show them the ropes of being an anomaly for a cup of joe.
