It has a lovely porch.

This Is surprising, b/c this would've been one unit, and usually, when they're converted, they knock this wall down. Look, they have the fully original fireplace.

I'm so impressed. I've seen, at most, a remnant of the fireplace, but never the original. I'm assuming that they put the door in. I'd rather have that than the wall knocked down.

Lovely family room. Look at the windows that they put in that wall. Usually, this middle room would be a bedroom.

This is lovely. A nice big dining room. This is a very good conversion.

And, since it opens to this pretty little porch, they've removed the kitchen from this side.

By configuring the new floorplan like this, they were able to make a huge kitchen.

And, then right off the kitchen they have a nice big family room, again, with an original fireplace.

This bedroom is used as a den.

Bedroom #2 is very nice, it's a good size, too.

Bath #1 has beautiful tile and a modern/vintage look.

The primary bedroom is lovely.

It has a modern ensuite. Look at the cute little tub in the shower.

They even worked in a walk-in closet.

On this side, they made the porch into a sun room. This is the best double shot gun conversion I've seen. No walls removed, and it's perfectly spacious.
