Simonne Evrard erasure drives me crazy because even if you think Marat was the most abominable person on earth, someone so disgusting he should be mentioned only to be hated, you kinda need to aknowledge that Marat likely wouldnt have been Marat as we know him with the Ami du Peuple if it wasn't for Simonne Evrard, with her paying out of her own pockets the printing of the paper and her (and Albertine's) dedication to continue publishing and defending his works after his death.
