          how out of place she looked within the concrete jungles of the city . she was not bred for the towers and lights , preferring trees over the skyscrapers . she couldn’t recall how she came to be there , waking up in the noises and smells and sights . knife was drawn , carved from bone . she was feral , a wild beast in the shape of a girl . the closest thing to home for her that she found was the park . it was there she took refuge , scaring off any that dared come too close .
