So this isn't gonna be the angriest rant you've seen, but right now I'm just fucking done
I as a female am no longer going to be a femimist, instead I'll switch to being an egalitarian.
What is an egalitarian you ask? It's the same thing as a feminist. Almost.
You see, from my perspective, feminism has changed its meaning a lot throughout time, but we still claim that it's still happening for the same exact reason: to let women to not be victimized more than men because we are supposedly not at their level according to them. So far, we're doing pretty good, women are being more recognized as appropriate role models and leaders, we can take charge and fight for our social privacy, we're allowed to do more things that only men have been allowed to do for years. Our protests weren't done for nothing.
Although we encourage women to have the same rights as men by bringing our dignity up, it doesn't mean that we should bring men down. Feminists seem to have some sort of bias towards women and just women that I personally find very toxic. Yes, you have a right to speak and form your own opinions, but please don't cut men when they have something to say. If you think it's wrong for them to say something, wait for them to finish and only then speak your own say on that (I feel it's okay to roast the shit out of someone, just don't angrily rant because you may have taken something out of context without knowing). Don't say that men are all terrible pigs, there genuinely are great guys out there that want nothing to do with oppressing women, I personally find it much easier to talk to guys because most of them just have a sort of chill thing about them. Someone harrassed you? Please just block them or find a way to get them out of your life, if you can't then find someone who can. Don't bring men down for being men, they were raised by a generation who wouldn't let women vote, discriminated lgbt people and cried over a colored person drinking from their water fountain. Maybe instead, we could try to raise an even better generation.
Technically it is hotter
